S.I. SYSTEMS LTD. ACQUIRES RIDGE FALLS HOUSE (February 20, 2006)

S.i. Systems Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Ridge Falls House, a private information technology consulting firm headquartered in Ottawa with 140 IT professionals providing consulting services to many agencies in the Federal Government.

Ridge Falls House will continue to operate business as usual, same name and staff, as a division of S.i. Systems Ltd. A formal name change from Ridge Falls House to S.i. Systems Ltd. will occur later in 2006.

Social Development Canada awards supply contract to Ridge Falls House (February 3, 2006)

Social Development Canada (SDC) has awarded a multi year supply contract to RFH for the provision of a wide range of service categories including web application developers, database consultants, technology archirtects and project managers.

Ridge Falls House Awarded Supply Contract by Canada Border Services Agency (January 2006)

CBSA has awarded a contract to RFH to provide information systems services to the IT Infrastructure, Common Services and Data management Divisions to work on various components of the Integrated Customs System (ICS). The initial contract lasts for a year, and has an option for future extension. The resources to be provided are Web Developers, Senior Web Developers, Senior Applications Analysts and technology Architects.

Ridge Falls House expanded its business development workforce by adding a new member, Lisa Brazeau, to our roster. (June 1, 2005)

Lisa Brazeau began providing IT consulting services directly to and in support of Federal Government clients in 1987. Her accomplishments included Network Infrastructure, Support, and Training, Project and Portfolio Management, Technical Writing, Database Conversions and Application Development Project Support Services.

Building on her project and Federal Government knowledge, in 1996, Lisa began to help her clients identify and contract their IT staffing and solution needs through the recruitment and contracting of IT and other industry parallel consultants. Lisa Brazeau brought her wealth of IT contracting and recruiting experience to Ridge Falls House in January 2005 providing sales and process services while also familiarizing herself with our business operations. This new role is a natural transition for Lisa, who welcomes the opportunity to service the needs of Ridge Falls House clients and also further expand the services provided by Ridge Falls House to new clientele and business prospects.
